Everything from the setting (upstairs overlooking the bar) to the service (April was wonderful) to the amazing food (the corn chowder was scrumptious and the butter cake is to die for) was fantastic. We don’t often get to Pasadena, but we now have our favorite restaurant there for when we do. Please open a Nick’s in Westlake Village😊!

The dinning experience is amazing! We were a party of 8 and the outdoor seating was very private and comfortable. They turned on the heaters when we asked as it was getting cold as the evening advanced. Our server Joel was amazing! Very attentive to all our needs and very friendly. Our order was taken and the food came to the table in a very reasonable time. Also all eight dishes came at the same time so no one in our party was waiting. I like how we had three servers deliverer the food. And when we needed more drinks we didn’t have to wait. Very attentive, Thank you. The food was delicious and just the right size of proportion. We enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend reservations.

The food is always delicious, freshly prepared, and served piping hot. However, what truly sets this restaurant apart is the outstanding service, particularly from our server, Elaine. We’ve had the pleasure of having Elaine as our server multiple times, purely by chance, and every experience has been exceptional. She is warm, welcoming, extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes her guests feel appreciated. Her professionalism and attention to detail are remarkable. In fact, we’ve enjoyed her service so much that moving forward, we intend to specifically request seating in her section whenever we visit. I would also like to extend special recognition to the kitchen staff for their consistency and excellent coordination with the servers. One of my biggest frustrations with many Chinese restaurants is when dishes arrive several minutes apart, leaving some food cold before the entire meal has been served. At Panda Inn, the food consistently arrives hot, fresh, and promptly. That level of execution reflects excellent teamwork between the kitchen and dining room staff. We’ve visited many Chinese restaurants, but Panda Inn continues to distinguish itself through both its food quality and exceptional hospitality. Great food may bring customers through the door, but outstanding service is what keeps them coming back. Elaine is a perfect example of that. She is a tremendous asset to Panda Inn, and I sincerely hope management recognizes the value she brings to the restaurant. Thank you, Elaine, and the entire Panda Inn team, for consistently providing such an enjoyable dining experience. We look forward to returning!

Amazing experience. Service was extra ordinary. Beside the waiter, atleast 2 other waiter watching plus the manager. Food and drinks excellent quality.

The food was top tier, everything excellent. The sticky date pudding is a must! The ribeye steak was so fire, and so was the cornbread of course.
