Vance was our server and from the time he approached our table to the time we left, he made everything better. He gave suggestions, asked questions and explained the process to us. He made sure we had what we wanted and that the meats were prepared to our liking. Best service we’ve had in a while. Thanks Vance, for a great birthday meal!

If you’re like me and you have purchased many of Gordon Ramsay’s cookbooks, and wondered how close you were to the taste he produced when inventing them, I highly recommend reserving a table at Hell’s Kitchen. I had the lobster risotto as an appetizer and frankly that was both amazing and a generous helping that I could have eaten it alone and been content for the evening. I followed up with the Beef Wellington and the chef did an amazing job preparing it and the red potato purée. Phenomenal! My side was the Mac and cheese. I love this dish because I always like to see how trained chef’s can prepare a common dish and really make it amazing. The food is well worth the price but know that price, depending on your budget, is high. Great food and an absolute dream come true for me.

Important! Reservations required! Not particularly easy to figure out if you haven't done it before. They are through OpenTable. If you're there and go by the buffet, there is a place to scan a QR code to make reservations. Wonderful buffet. It opens into rooms that you don't see at first walk-through, so be sure to search all the nooks and crannies. Value: I never overstuff myself, so the value for me isn't as good, at $84+ per person. However, the variety is awesome, and I lean towards the seafood and lean meats, as well as a few vegetables. Good little desserts in tiny portions so you can have more than one. If you are at least Diamond status in Caesars Rewards, be sure and let that be known and you'll be bumped up to the front of a very long line.

Absolutely recommend The Bootlegger! It's been around forever and the quality has not wavered. The ONLY thing I would say against it is, it was too loud to be able to hear the pianist well at all. I don't remember it being this loud on past occasions. But, it was obvious all the tables of people were having a wonderful time talking, laughing, and sharing great food. Service was impeccable. I’ve lived in vegas 20 years but with so many different restaurants, sometimes you forget how wonderful Mon Ami Gabi is and how much fun it is to eat there . The freak show at our feet(passer bys) outside . The bake Brie with walnuts and apricots was a delicious way to start the meal.our main courses were delivered promptly , my lady having a huge pot of tender,sweet,muscles in a refined white wine and onion sauce with ampIe Pom frites. I had the trout almandine with haricot verre( green beans). Smothered in Almonds. Spectacular finish with A huge bananas Fosters. Delicious enough to lick the plate! All at the highest quality for the least expensive strip restaurant. It’s still a bargain
