The food was thoughtful, creative, and incredibly interesting, with each dish clearly given a lot of care. We especially enjoyed sitting by the kitchen table, which made the experience feel even more special and engaging. I would highly recommend doing the wine pairing as well. The drinks really elevated the food and made the whole experience feel more complete. For the quality and creativity of what was served, I thought the value for money was superb. I genuinely think Tandem has the potential to earn a Michelin star in the future. One area I feel they could improve is in how the dishes and drinks are presented and explained to guests. The food deserves to be “sold” with a little more confidence and storytelling because there is clearly something special happening here. The food is good to share for at least 3 people per dish and can be divided more if you order a lot!
