We went to another place for brunch and we were told it was going to an hour wait and they had no where for us to wait inside! So we would have to stand outside in very very hot weather for almost an hour. Thankfully Fixins Soul Kitchen came to the rescue. We were able to make a reservation and once we got to the restaurant we were immediately seated! Again the food was delicious! The only thing we didn’t like were the red beans and rice. They were very watery. The music was also kind of loud, but not so loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk. They did have a DJ so maybe that’s something they do on Saturdays.
