    We attended a special event in the 'workshop' kitchen. The food was absolutely beautifully presented. Great taste, interesting ingredients, nice wine pairings. Very impressed with the culinary quality under the new head chef.

    This food is fantastic. Wish I took pictures but I was having too much fun eating. Have to admit. We tried two appetizers, the Kilgore hand roll, a sushi roll, the meatball, a pasta dish, and a pork-chop. Each thing I got to taste. They were all equally amazing….seriously can’t remember a meal where I really couldn’t pick a favorite because they were all so good. Trust me. My family eats. This food is packed with flavors and layers. Sauces come but are not needed. Just changes the culinary adventure. I want to go back yesterday and the day after. New favorite spot downtown Fort for us.

    This was our first time to visit Sip and sizzle. It's a unique experience, but extremely pleasant. Hector was our server he was very attentive and new just went to show up he did not hover. He explained everything to us as the menu is different from others. We will definitely return
