    Incredible team, incredible food, incredible carte blanche. You know a meal is special when you can’t stop talking about the salad. The ‘simplest’ dish of the night somehow became one I can’t stop thinking about. And the Agnolotti del Plin, unforgettable. So much care, so much flavor, and such a beautiful reminder that the best food doesn’t need to be complicated to be extraordinary. Everything about Bells carte blanche with Flour + Water felt thoughtful and full of love. You can taste that these teams truly care about what they do. Thank you for a meal I’ll be thinking about for a long, long time. And please, someone send me the salad dressing recipe. ❤️

    This is a comfortable yet elegant restaurant in a wonderful historic space in downtown Los Alamos. The food choices are not vast, but everything we had was delicious and made with local ingredients. They also produce their own wine (Lumen) which is lovely! The service was prompt and friendly.

    Just a date night, great vibe, nice views. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was that the plates stacked up. App, starter, entre arrived too close to each other. Otherwise service friendly and food was good, even the leftovers were excellent.
