From it’s humble beginnings as a pop-up restaurant, to a farmer"s market stand and now a successful brick-and-mortar eatery, The Pig and the Lady, led by twice-nominated James Beard semifinalist Chef Andrew Le (with help from his family including his mother, Mama Le), cook up what is essentially the family meal in the truest sense -- Exposing Honolulu diners a cross-section of cuisine that has Vietnamese origins, but is eclectic and daring.Chef Le and his team have developed a modern, fresh take on traditional Southeast Asian food, utilizing local products -- serving their famous banh mi and pho, along with new favorites. Le is the one of the few chefs cooking contemporary food built on Southeast Asian flavors that has garnered rave reviews -- a foundation built on delicious memories first introduced by his mother. They are open Monday through Saturday, serving lunch and dinner. You can also still find them at the Farmer’s Markets at Blaisdell, Kailua and KCC.

    Everything was delicious! But bro, GET THE PHO 75! If you can’t decide what to order, trust me, the Pho 75 is the one! I actually had it last, and it was hands down the highlight of the entire meal. Super memorable! I can STILL taste it! 🤤 And finish it off with the sorbet. You won’t regret it! 10/10 experience! 🔥

    My experience for the first time being there it was fabulous just the beauty of the area. Our waitress and her assistant wait staff, both of their service was so supreme. She was constantly reaching out to us, confirming everything was fine and asst wait staff was fabulous, great in conversation with us so my first experience here has been excellent. I will be returning shortly and bringing others to join me. Thank you so much. It was fabulous.

    Went for an early dinner of appetizers (Canoe platter, fried mushrooms, chicken wings, truffle fries) and entrees (misoyaki butterfish, salmon) - every item was delicious. A special thank you to Kalena for excellent service! Roy’s remains our favorite for serving consistently great food. 🌸
