Oysters, crab and scallion pancake, salmon, Wagyu Denver steak, kimchi risotto, ricotta gnocchi, and salt and pepper green beans. We basically conducted a full-scale investigation of the menu. For research purposes, obviously. Every dish was phenomenal, the service was fantastic, and that banana pudding with gochujang caramel? Should be illegal. My advice? GO.
