The ambiance within the restaurant alone is worth seeing and experiencing. Company Supply offers award winning contemporary Cajun and Creole cuisine with a "Southern Spin". New Orleans native, Richard Mascaro and his wife Colby returned to her home town and opened the doors in 2015. Diners enjoy casual elegance in the restored F.W. Woolworth building located next to Jackson Plaza. Creative takes on Southern and Creole Cuisine bring traditions like our award winning Catfish Perdu, Crawfish Étouffée and Grits and Grillades to Dublin. Craft cocktails, an ever-changing 16 beer craft tap and the freshest oysters in Middle Georgia are just a little "lagniappe" to the beautiful building we call home. Our Bar Side stage boasts live acts from around the region Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with regular performances on Jackson Plaza in front of the fountain.     I had such an amazing birthday dinner at Salt Water Fishery! 🎉🐟 From the delicious food to the beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service, everything made my birthday feel extra special. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the staff made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the evening. It was the perfect spot to celebrate, enjoy great food, and make some unforgettable birthday memories. 🥂✨ I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Salt Water Fishery for a special occasion or a night out! 💕

    I cannot say enough about this place! From the beginning to the end the service, or should I say, the experience was exceptional! My party and I were pleasantly greeted at the valet station. We were welcomed inside by the hostess and seated at our reserved table. From there, the server was very pleasant and attentive. Very knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations. The bottomless Mimosas are the best! You have to try all flavors. I cannot wait until my next visit!
