Brasserie Harry’s is located in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room, lively ambiance, large open kitchen, and a dynamic bar. Harry’s is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – and on Sundays for brunch. The seasonal menu offers contemporary brasserie dishes, suited to any occasion and any time of day. No fixed order or set menu – anything goes, and (almost) everything is possible. No availability online? There’s almost always space in the bar area. Same menu, same experience – just without the reservation. Simply walk in and take a seat. During the summer months, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on our spacious terrace.

Gesoigneerd genieten, zonder gedoe. Met gerechten uit de Zuid-Europese keuken, subtiel en met oog voor detail. À la minute gesneden charcuterie, foie gras of vers geschaafde truffel aan tafel, kazen en vis van topkwaliteit. TOUS opent om 12:00, voor lunch en diner op niveau. Zuidelijk van sfeer, rustig van toon.In de bar à partager van TOUS ligt het tempo iets hoger en is de stemming losser. Met hoge krukken, banken en een aparte kaart vol lunch- & borrelgerechten. Ideaal om te starten met een aperitief, om te blijven hangen na het diner, of gewoon om de bar zélf. Kies een cocktail of een goed glas – de keuze is ruim met meer dan 100 wijnen op de kaart. De dj draait vinyl en de bar is open van 12:00 tot laat. In de zomer schuift het terras er naadloos bij aan.

    Het was een geweldige ervaring en we hebben genoten van ons diner. We kunnen iedereen de kabeljauw aanbevelen die was echt subliem! Het was wel een klein beetje aan de binnen dat is het enige verbeterpunt wat we kunnen aandragen.

    We had such a lovely evening last night at Founder’s Bar last night—it honestly felt like one of those simple, perfect nights you wish you could bottle up. The live jazz music was just beautiful and set such a relaxed, cozy atmosphere, perfect for catching up with good friends. And the service… truly impeccable!👌😍 Everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of, which made the night even more special. Wednesday Jazz evenings are definitely my favourite—I really hope you keep them going, because they’re something truly special. We’d love to come back again soon 🤍 Thank you, Founders Team!
