The new (to us) cocktail menu is fabulous: no excess sugar or spritz; just nice short classic cocktails made with the best ingredients. An amazing swordfish steak special was the star of the show not to mention an unexpectedly complex and flavoursome chestnut veloute. One real treat for dessert was *three* different vintage of Sauterne dessert wine available by the glass, including a 1983 vintage which absolutely wowed this diner with its depth and complexity.
