Lillie Pearl is a place for celebration of food, spirits, friends and family. We pride ourselves on impeccable service, gracious hospitality, memorable guest experience and delicious food. The food starts with homage to Owner/Chef Michael Lindsey’s grandmothers Lillie Pearl and Hattie. Chef Mike takes West African heirloom ingredients and his North Carolina roots of Southern African American Cuisine through his culinary journey of global influences. Mixing traditional recipes with modern execution creates an inventive take on New American cuisine.

    Enjoyed an early dinner during restaurant week and the options for that meal were very good. We had she crab soup, sirloin with potatoes and broccolini as well as a beautiful cod over risotto. Dessert was a fudge brownie with ice cream and a bananas foster cheesecake .Both meals and dessert were excellent! Our server Nadia was attentive and incredibly sweet. Tarrant’s is one of my favorite places. The food and service is always fantastic.

    I brought a small group of out of town co-workers here and had a great experience. Everything from the quality food to the timing of delivery was spot on. Divine was wonderful! Thank you so much for helping me show them a great spot in our city.

    Great Happy Hour specials at the bar. Lots of tables in restaurant. They had tons of staff so service was great. The Happy Hour food was plentiful and delicious.
