Meat on skewers, presented two or three at a time, is prepared delectably (with some cuts more done/others less done). Gluten-free bread, delicious fried banana for palatte cleansing. Must have desserts (extra but worth it). Had almost whole restaurant to ourselves since it was on a Wednesday night (only a few tables had customers). Made daughter's 21st birthday dinner a really special treat. The perfect start of her gambling adventure to start her official adult life! We go out of our way to go to this restaurant...it is that good. Drive over 45 minutes from the Oklahoma City metro area just to eat here. It is worth the trek even if you don't want to gamble, and if you have to schedule your reservation ahead of time on busy days to ensure your spot/time! Our server was Reese, and he was so good at keeping tabs on our glasses, checking with the back about our dietary needs and restrictions, and explaining the options and process for getting our meats.
