Chicago Cultural Center​附近的餐廳

Went for lunch. My dad and I got the poke and the rock shrimp as appetizers. Both were amazing. I had the salmon and my dad had the burger. The appetizers were definitely the highlight of the meal for me but the food was good all around.

We went for brunch on Saturday before the Chicago Marathon. Service was great and the food was delicious. The classic breakfast was wonderful— 2 eggs, 2 links of sausage, 2 pieces of bacon, and delicious hash browns with bell peppers. We were also happily surprised by the lemon pancakes. We were expecting a super sugary, over-the-top pile of pancakes but instead they were perfectly balanced and delicious with fresh berries! The ambiance feels upscale but comfortable and cozy at the same time. We hope to be back soon!

Acanto is a favorite, and for good reason. The food is wonderful, interesting and always delicious. We had the pear salad, the seafood fusilli, and the special, grilled branzino. Generous portions of perfectly prapared, thoughtful recipes. For dessert, the affogato, which is a real treat. The service was great, and the atmosphere at Acanto is always pleasant, with its views of the Bean and Millennium Park. This is a great place pre-symphony (just a block away) or post-Art Institute, or especially just for a very special evening out. Such wonderful food!

What a marvelous evening! Friends had just flown in from overseas. We wanted to take them somewhere wonderful that we could have fine food, great drinks in a relaxed and more top-tiered restaurant. We made the right choice. Juan helped with the reservation. Our server, Nicole, was the best I've experienced in some time. Really top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only thing that could have been a bit better would have been if the music was not quite as loud. It is difficult to hold conversations when it is at the point where it is not background music, but obviously there. Thank you, Ocean Prime and NICOLE for a wonderful, wonderful eve that we will not forget for a long time. We were here a few weeks ago and it was great, which prompted this return visit. Fabulous!
