Service - amazing and fast service. Requested to change the table we were originally seated at because the table we were at was low. They accommodated my request and gave us a regular table. Drinks and food came out fairly quickly. Food: Pan seared chicken gyozas - 8/10 Rock shrimp lettuce cups - 9.5/10 Wagyu Skewers - 10/10 Vegetable Lo Mein - 7/10 Orange Chicken - 8/10 Sweet & Spicy Shrimp - 10/10 Chinese Broccoli - 8/10

Our server was absolutely wonderful, and it was very nice that they brought him a glass of champagne on the house for his 30th birthday. The cocktails were good but not mind-blowing and are all minimum 20 dollars each. The food is a pretty good value though, and was tasty. The starters were an okay size, but the portions for everyone’s main were large which I appreciated. No one left hungry! Very full. I like the ambience of the inside but it does get very loud on a busy night, not super intimate.

Was our first visit to Lemon Grove. Had dinner there before a show at the Pantages. It is a rooftop restaurant atop a very exclusive social club in Hollywood. The ambiance and feel was awesome from the start. Very nicely set up. Have to admit the cocktails were not up to par. I had the Old Hollywood and Thousand Dollar Kiss. Would have been better off with a pour of bourbon neat. The entrees were better than expected. We had the Lemon Pasta with shrimp and the scallops. Both were epic! Hats off to the chef. If you are ever headed to a show at the Pantages, give this place a try.

Katsuya was fabulous! We had reservations for 5pm on the opening night of Wicked. We went through several rounds of ordering, including dessert and we made it to the theater with barely minutes to spare. But the server, Anthony and his team were amazing! The drinks, sake, and food were so fresh and super delicious! We loved the yellowtail sashimi and jalapeño appetizer, the popcorn rock shrimp, the tai sashimi and sushi, and the baked crab rolls. My husband also really enjoyed the whitefish carpaccio. Highly recommend the lychee martinis and the baked mochi balls (surprisingly light and delicious)! The food hit the table and it was demolished before we could snap pictures (lol). We ate, drank and spent a lot - but this was definitely an elevated experience for us. I can’t wait for the next special occasion so we can come again! What a night to remember!

Lunch Break menu was awesome. The chicken wing lollipops are next level amazing. I could eat them all day long. I want that recipe!
