Since opening in August 2022, Wild Blue Restaurant + Cocktail Bar has become Whistler's premier dining destination. The restaurant was named #2 Best New Restaurant in Canada by Air Canada enRoute, "The Most Important Whistler Restaurant Opening in a Decade" by Vancouver Magazine, and Best Restaurant in Whistler by Vancouver Magazine. Condé Nast Traveler also recognized Wild Blue as "The Hot Table to Book in Whistler." In 2026, it was named one of North America's 50 Best Restaurants. Led by founding partners Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director, and celebrated chef Alex Chen, alongside Executive Chef Derek Bendig, Wild Blue showcases Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally sourced ingredients. In 2024, Neil Henderson and Alex Chen were inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame for their contributions to the industry.

    One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We visited during Dine Out Whistler, which was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy an elevated dining experience at a great value. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was wonderful, and the service was impeccable. A definite must-do when visiting Whistler!

    My wife and I choose Italian restaurants as first choice when travelling whenever possible. We had not eaten at Trattoria Di Como before and based on its rating we had to try it. Glad we did. Likely the best Italian restaurant ever. In addition the server was exceptional. Will be back next time in Whistler
