Ryan, the bartender, was amazing! He made the best drinks and gave us the best advice on what to order from the menu. This will be a must visit every year we come back for the Cowboy Downhill!!!! We did get the tail end of the prime rib and we found the flavor to be excellent but it was a little tough. We found those exact conditions to be the same when we were there 3 weeks ago, too.
