Nice menu with something for everyone. Loud place, always busy. Service is ok. Good idea to make a reservation.

A neighborhood gem! Service is exceptional from the minute you walk through the door.

I dined solo, and was seated at a small table upstairs. The restaurant was not crowded at this time (6:15). I enjoyed the Mescalita cocktail, quite good. The grilled shrimp tacos were very tasty, they were a bit messy to eat. They were very small, so a serving of three tacos was not enough as a main course. Overall, the service was quite good, just not sure how to order main courses.

Impeccable service. Great food with original twists on old favorites. Good desserts which can be an after thought in some restaurants.

We had a delightful lunch at Tavern on the Green this afternoon to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and seated quickly. There was a lovely Happy Anniversary card on the table for us! Our waiter was polite, professional, and proficient. The food was delicious. We shared the fig appetizer, which we enjoyed very much. We ordered the fish and chips and the lemon chicken entrees, both of which were excellent. We ordered the key lime tart for dessert, which was delicious, and the restaurant also brought us a box of truffles on a plate decorated with Happy Anniversary written out in chocolate. It was such a sweet surprise. The weather was perfect for alfresco dining and we couldn't have had a nicer anniversary lunch!
