Still the best oysters in Vegas. It was a busy Friday night so things were kinda backed up but really friendly, if not the fastest, service. One of my go-to places when I'm looking for seafood.

Love this place! The carnitas plate is amazing. The house margaritas are good too. We also shared a couple happy hour items that we really liked - carne asada sliders (just two small sliders, but so tasty!) and the mini Caesar salad was nice. The chicken tortilla soup was just okay, not their best work. Thank you Borracha for a great date night!

Hank's, to us, seems like a great value. That is why it is our go-to, off strip restaurant of choice. If you are hankering for a generous martini and a mouth-watering steak, lamb chop, or dover sole, then Hank's is a great choice. As we get closer to Christmas, there are more large parties celebrating at Hanks, so the noise level is getting increasingly louder. But that is merely indicative of people having fun. If you select Hanks, you too will be part of that fun.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish at Echo & Rig. My husband and I made reservations to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, and we were made to feel truly special the entire time. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was incredibly warm and quickly seated us in a cozy booth. It was such a thoughtful touch that two different staff members wished us a happy anniversary, and it was clear how well the team communicated to make us feel celebrated. Our server, Adam, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, and even sent out a complimentary appetizer — the Grilled Thick-Cut Bacon with House BBQ Sauce. It was absolutely delicious and served piping hot! We also ordered the calamari, which was fantastic. For my main course, I had the ribeye, cooked to perfection, accompanied by mashed potatoes and Brussels sprout leaves. Honestly, those Brussels sprouts were some of the best I've ever had — the lemon was a perfect touch. Eli, the server assistant, was also fantastic. He kept our drinks full and made sure the table was cleared promptly. We'd love to have him as our server next time — he really knows how to take care of guests! To top off our meal, Adam sent out a toffee ice cream dessert, drizzled with caramel and whipped cream, as a special anniversary treat. We truly felt pampered at Echo & Rig. It was the perfect dinner date, thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail from the entire team.

Couldn’t ask for a better evening! From the start the staff was inviting, friendly and helpful. Our dinner presentation was elegant and the food was fresh and perfectly prepared. Our server and the wait staff was just the right amount of attentive…I highly recommend!
