Amazing Amazing Amazing. I don’t know why it took me so long to try this place but everything was amazing!

I’ve been dying to go back and when I finally did, it lived up to everything I was expecting. The food is amazing, and I’ve been pushing myself to try new things on the menu because everything has been a hit. The service went beyond expectations. I never once had an empty glass of water or sake, and they would continually refill the carafe as well with fresh, cold water because it was so hot that evening. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explain the dishes when they bring them. I think every restaurant should have a coat check for leftovers. Whatever you call it but several nice restaurants in LA have it where you bring a ticket to the host after the meal to collect your leftover boxes. I love everything about Camelia. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Our waitress made the experience super easy and selected all our food for us (I love it when someone has the courage to do that). Every plate was good and dinner was a blast. It's a little loud, but it's a popular place so just be ready for that.

Their agua chile was delicious (we ordered the non-green agua chile, don’t remember the name but it was a reddish color) Their drinks were good and the culuchi shrimp was my favorite.
