    My husband had seeing the place, but I ended up taking my family who was visiting from Rio, Brazil, to have a last day dinner together away from San Francisco. For our surprise, Leo spoke fluent Portuguese (lots of brazilian in the bay area/Burlingame) and our waiter sandro was very caring, welcoming us and listening to our preference for a table close to the "Tv". - Wonderful pizzas, desserst and wine selection. No doubt we are going back, next week. Obrigada!

    Great experience. Above all the service was exceptional. Never waited for anything. Several different people helped serve throughout the night. We were celebrating our anniversary. We started with the vongole en crusta - very good but a couple of the clams weren't opened...still good. Then we had the lasagne special with lamb ragu and bechemel - so good, and finally the salmon - cooked perfectly. Some cocktails and wine. A wonderful evening.

    Evvia is and has always been one of the best if not the best restaurant in the Bay Area. Consistently good food and excellent service! Celebrated Mother's Day there and then our Anniversary. We were treated like special guests on both occasions:)
