The food and service were great! Our server gave suggestions for her favorites and definitely hit the nail on the head. Easy walk from the waterfront. I will be coming back next time I’m in town!

Exceptional Turkish with a modern twist. Service was great, cocktails were very creative with a great wine list with Turkish options. Ambiance and hospitality were on point, especially with the co-owner giving us a kitchen tour after. Highly recommend.

I was visiting Seattle from Chicago and had heard rave reviews about Charcoal. So my friend and I decided to try it. Chicago has many excellent restaurants, and Charcoal was just as good as any of them. I had a glass of Pinot Noir to go with my steak. The beets were delicious. The asparagus & potato on the side were delicious. The horseradish sauce to serve with the steak was delicious. And although we were stuffed and almost passed on dessert, we loved all the other courses so much that we ordered the chocolate cake. It was dense yet not overly sweet, served with whipped cream. We were not disappointing. It was delicious, and we ate every bite. Try it. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

Celebrated an anniversary- just the two of us and had an excellent experience. We were greeted with a card and two glasses of champagne. Bethany guided us gently and sensed we wanted to take our time. She is a consummate professional and we made a return reservation by the end of our dinner.

One of the few places you’ll have live spot prawns as amaebi. So fresh you’ll never want it any other way. Right now they have amazing copper river sockeye as nigiri/sashimi. It is out of this world!!!
