My best friend and I had a fabulous evening at Opus tonight. We were celebrating a birthday and it was such a great choice. Lin was a professional and engaging server. He made wonderful recommendations throughout the night that we really enjoyed. We split one of the special sushi appetizers with blue crab that was very fresh and delicious. Perfect to share. We each had a filet with a different sauce (truffle butter, marrow Parmesan) and both were cooked perfectly and were so tender. We ended the evening with crème brûlée donuts, which was such an interesting and creative dessert. We loved the fresh, warm donuts with the crème brûlée sauce and vanilla gelato. A perfect way to end the meal. Throughout the evening, Lin made us feel welcome and taken care of. We’re already planning a return visit for my friend’s birthday in a few weeks.

What I love about Mediterranean cooking is how much flavor you can get without making things overly complicated. Fresh, balanced, and satisfying food is always a win, especially in a comfortable setting.

My friends and I had a lovely brunch. The food was delicious and the service was very pleasant. We would all be happy to come back.
