I was visiting Seattle from Chicago and had heard rave reviews about Charcoal. So my friend and I decided to try it. Chicago has many excellent restaurants, and Charcoal was just as good as any of them. I had a glass of Pinot Noir to go with my steak. The beets were delicious. The asparagus & potato on the side were delicious. The horseradish sauce to serve with the steak was delicious. And although we were stuffed and almost passed on dessert, we loved all the other courses so much that we ordered the chocolate cake. It was dense yet not overly sweet, served with whipped cream. We were not disappointing. It was delicious, and we ate every bite. Try it. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

I brought my parents in to celebrate their 51st anniversary, and they were blown away by the whole experience the vibes and most importantly the food. My dad had the lamb rack and was seriously amazed by all the flavors. He said one of the best he's every had. Mom had the sea bass and really enjoyed that as well. My wife tried the new short rib rigatoni with burrata and fried artichoke that was awesome, and I tried the new half chicken and I was very impressed by the flavors and even more impressed by how perfect it was cooked juicy and tender. My dad really enjoyed the positive vibes, you could tell everyone enjoyed working there and have fun doing so. Once again good times were had at Atlas.

It was a special evening for us, which is why we choose Chameleon. I believe it to be the premiere dining spot in Maple Ridge. They have a new menu, we were there on the second day of the new menu. The prices and the ambience rival any Vancouver restaurant. A real pleasure to eat there.

Another great meal and fabulous views - it thankfully doesn’t get old!
