Entering the Saloon, a family owned restaurant since it opened in 1967 is a bit like stepping into Philadelphia's past.     From our cocktails that we enjoyed at the bar until our full party arrived to the delicious food and excellent service we received throughout the evening, tonight’s dining experience was definitely a highlight of my week. I continue to enjoy the table side Caesar salad as well as the table side banana foster. Steaks here are a no brainer as they never disappointed me and certainly didn’t tonight. The only thing that possibly rivaled the food was the professional, warm and excellent service we received from everyone we came in contact with during our time. Looking forward to my next visit.

    Back at The Saloon for another night of first class cocktails and cuisine! This spot does not disappoint! Ashley behind the bar to start with smooth martinis. Dinner of filet and veal. Been a while? You know what you’re missing? Never been? What are you waiting for?! Love this old school favorite for its high standards and professional staff. We always make new friends during our visits! Dine at The Saloon with confidence. Free valet parking, too!

    Most fun I've had in a restaurant! The concept of having singing waiters is wonderful - and they were all, without exception, very good. Love the decor - the signed photos of all of the musicians who have visited over the years. And the food and wine were very good as well. It took me 70 years to get there for the first time - but will return with friends again and again.
