In the heart of downtown Healdsburg, one of the country’s most accomplished chefs Kyle Connaughton, along with farmer and wife Katina Connaughton, host guests at SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn, a 55-seat fine dining restaurant with five exclusive suites above the restaurant. The farm, located on 24 acres in the historic Dry Creek Valley, supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and honey, to their restaurant.     The food was fresh, the cocktails were amazing, the server was generous and happy. We were encouraged to go outside and watch the sunset DURING our meal, and they coordinated the appetizers and dinner between our sunset shots on the most beautiful cliffs and ocean I've ever seen. What a special final night in Mendocino.
