We started with the bacon-wrapped dates, which were delicious, followed by the shrimp, which was also very good. The baked goat cheese with tomato and basil was absolutely amazing—one of the highlights of the evening. The grilled lamb chops were fantastic, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The grilled beef tenderloin medallions were equally impressive and truly exceptional. My wife also enjoyed the grilled octopus, which was excellent. For dessert, we shared the plantains, which were fantastic and a perfect way to finish the meal. We accompanied our dinner with a bottle of Marqués de Murrieta Reserva Rioja, an outstanding Spanish red wine that paired beautifully with our selections. What made the evening particularly enjoyable was the opportunity to share so many different dishes, each thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The quality and consistency across the entire meal were remarkable. Mesón Sabika delivered an outstanding dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for excellent Spanish tapas and a memorable dinner. Our waiter who was the bartender was amazing. He was our waiter last year too. I always recommend this place to everyone because of the wonderful food as well as everyone that works there.
