A very unique and lovely setting, food is good and staff was very accommodating

Dined in the main, upstairs dining room which is the old post office lobby. Beautiful, evocative space! A simple meal of mussels and frites with an appetizer and Boulevardier cocktail. All delicious! Solid, attentive service. Although open less than a year, Triumph may already be considered among Princeton's best restaurants.

Lovely views as we sat outside for Mother’s Day dinner. Service was “ok”…..they seemed a bit disorganized though. Overall good time but it is $$$ but we will be back

From appetizers to pastas, entrees, specials & desserts, every choice homemade & delicious! Portions large enough to share or take home leftovers. Like dining at an Italian grandma’s Sunday dinner table.

Excellent experience all round. Very nice spot for a special occassion
