Rooted in the natural beauty and spirit of the Pacific Northwest, Lilac & Pine offers a vibrant dining experience centered around connection, comfort, and conversation. Located inside The Davenport Grand hotel, a lively central bar anchors the space, while layered seating — from intimate booths to communal tables and lounge banquettes — creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels distinctly Spokane. Rich textures of timber, leather, and metal reflect the region’s heritage, complemented by soft lighting and an open, social layout. The menu celebrates the Pacific Northwest through elevated comfort dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and regionally inspired flavors. From King Salmon and pine-smoked beef to huckleberry-inspired finishes, each dish reflects a modern Northwest perspective rooted in the ingredients and traditions of the region. Whether joining for a casual drink, lively dinner, or relaxed evening out, Lilac & Pine brings people together in a warm, energetic setting.
