Great food and great value all around. Quick service and easy to order.

My partner and I went to the ‘Date Night’ set menu to celebrate his birthday, and we were blown away. Firstly the food, absolutely delicious, and perfect serving sizes! The flavours were all complementary to one another and the menu flowed well. The biscoff tiramisu is worth the hype, and we left completely satisfied. We had read some reviews online about the staff and service, and are happy to report that we couldn’t have been more welcomed by all staff. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the food, history of the restaurant and where it all began, and politely ensured we had all that was needed. She really took the time to engage in conversation with us, and took interest in the conversation we had. Working in hospitality ourselves, we appreciated her efforts to engage with customers! Whilst the initial ‘drinks up’ call from the bartender was a bit of a shock, it became a quiet background noise throughout the night. The ambiance was just perfect, dim lighting, classy, groovy music softly playing in the background, with clean, wide tables, plenty of space for a shared dining experience. Couldn’t recommend Maven enough, we will be coming back for sure (even just for the tiramisu!!).

We had Will serve us all night and he did a phenomenal job. Will explained the menu in detail, catered for my dietaries so I didn’t miss out on the delicious menu, and he made the experience so seamless ….. we will be back for the food and for Will’s service!!!

This is the second time.e we have been to 2 fat Greeks and we love it. We were there celebrating our daughters birthday and the team were very attentive. The food was delicious and a great selection also.

This was our first time dining at The Smoke Pit, from the moment we entered staff were friendly and welcoming. Acknowledged it was a birthday and gave us a free cap, which was a great touch .The food was sensational, beef brisket melted in your mouth, sauces were delicious, sides of corn ,slaw, mac n cheese and chips all were amazing, Burgers fabulous, ribs very good. Sausages very tasty. Finished with the pie which were all fantastic. They were extremely busy but, got all of our meals out in a great amount of time, never made us feel rushed, in fact we were the last to leave, tremendous service by all staff. Perfect atmosphere great music. Well done to you all, certainly had a great night, we'll be back.
