A modern take on the great British chophouse, Blacklock Birmingham is nestled inside a beautiful Grade II listed Vicarage on Cathedral Square. We source the best meat in the country from award-winning Cornish farmer and butcher Philip Warren, and cook our chops the simple way, over charcoal, with a little help from our vintage Blacklock irons. This results in perfectly charred chops, steaks and plates made for sharing.All of this is served up alongside generous sides, wine on tap and cocktails served from our cocktail trolley. On Sundays we serve roasts almost as good as Mum’s with all the trimmings and (unlimited) gravy. Namaste Village, which brings authentic Indian flavours to the heart of Norwich, was inaugurated in 2016 after we shifted operations from Opie Street. Built inside a former church school, the restaurant has been revamped in a way that honours the history of the structure from the outside while capturing the spirit of our Indian traditions on the inside. McKee's Brasserie has become the gourmet headquarters for Balsall Common villagers and foodies from neighbouring Coventry and Solihull. With its themed menu nights and cooking club classes, McKee's restaurant attracts locals as well as business types from the Birmingham airport and tourists from Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle.     We had a fabulous night at Isaacs; we went on a Thursday night when there was a singer and singer/pianist and they performed songs from musicals. The food, service and entertainment were all outstanding, we will definitely return.

    2nd visit to Birmingham Restaurant and just as good as the first! Food is incredible and the service plus ambience is so lovely! Such a mix of people and to be that busy on a Tuesday evening is great! Love the relaxed yet cool decor… could have been sat anywhere in the world! Next to book a sunday lunch because i’m dreaming of that Gravy!

    I booked the restaurant for a work team meal. The initial feel of the place was lovely and decor really added to the vibe. The staff were very attentive and friendly. My colleagues all commented on how delicious the food was. Personally I thought the starters were particularly lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting great vibe, lovely food and friendly staff.
