Scala Osteria offers traditional Southern Italian, seafood-centered recipes meant to be shared with family and friends in our warm and vibrant dining room. Our menu is influenced by the traditional Italian osteria where creating simple yet delicious food is paramount, and our atmosphere is always inviting and full of life. From our beautiful oyster bar to our house-made pastas and Neapolitan style pizzas, we have something for everyone. Our vision for the menu combines modern and authentic traditional Japanese cuisine including seasonal, fresh sustainable fish and ingredients delivered daily from our local markets and purveyors. The restaurant's signature design element is an elegant Ipe (ee-pay) wood from Brazil. It separates the main dining room and the lounge. Greeting you as you enter the main dining room are Koi fish painted on the floor. Above the Sushi bar, a 12' x 8' Japanese inscription screen, hand painted by a Buddhist Monk.

Boon Fly, descended from settlers of the early New England Colonies, was part of the great tradition of wagon trains that brought many of the early families west. He was drawn to the farmlands north of the city and settled outside of Napa on a property that would become known as the Fly District.Please note that we accept brunch diners on a first come first serve basis and we take reservations for dinner only.
