    We decided to come here for our 8 year anniversary, and our server Joshua made it a memorable experience! All of his recommendations were great, we got 2 cocktails, one he recommended and then we told him to surprise us with whichever other one. Both of them we really liked! After looking at the menu, we kind of had an idea of what we wanted, but asked Joshua what he’d recommend. He really seemed to be knowledgeable of the menu selection, and all the choices he picked were basically what we thought of getting! The appetizer and the entrees were all super delicious, best Italian food we’ve had! To top it off, he gave us complimentary sparkling rose and a yummy dessert for our anniversary. Joshua was awesome and will definitely want to come back because of him and the food! -Tina

    Always a top choice for us on the best places to dine in Dallas. The entire staff is amazing, the food is magnificient, and the decor is very romantic and quiet. We went mid week for a great meal and fav "Wine Wednesday" discount. Ask for Austin if he's available he's one of their best waitstaff

    It was beyond good!!! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the people watching was beyond! We sat outside and the night was beautiful. Our server was Jordan W and his Assisant was Leon. They made us feel like they had known us for years. The majority of the people walking in must’ve been locals because everyone knew them and gave them a big hug. We had a fillet it was cooked perfect, the shrimp and crab salad with the garlic dressing ate every bit. We have a garlic and onion allergy and they covered that on all the dishes. The cream, spinach and the Signature potatoes we couldn’t stop eating. Make sure you get the coconut cream pie. It is different but definitely delicious with a cookie crust.  We will be back. Thank you to all!!!

    Fantastic meal at Carbone! Our server was wonderful and we really enjoyed this unique restaurant. Our favorite was definitely the famous Spicy Vodka Rigatoni. The beets and ceaser salad were also amazing.
