    Our dinner party consisted of 4 so this is a brief consensus opinion of the group. Appetizers: LOVED the Braised Octopus and the Grilled Shishito Peppers. Of course my wife and I are repeat diners and always order these. As always, our main entrees also proved to be exquisite. The Bone-In Ribeye and the Filet Mignon should never be overlooked. Rounding out our choices, we ordered the Mushrooms and Smashed Potatoes as accompaniments. Utter contentment.

    We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame
