We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

    My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with the Mas Chido chefs tasting experience and it was wonderful! The staff & food were amazing, it was supposed to be five courses but they ended up making a surprise sixth course which was a lovely addition. I got the beverage pairing option while my partner got an à la carte margarita. All of the beverages were unique and well-paired, the margarita was light and refreshing. Each dish was delicious and well-crafted. We went for the last weekend of the summer menu, they switch out this menu quarterly (it seems). Definitely an approachable fine dining experience with a more affordable price tag compared to a lot of chefs tasting menus in town! I would definitely do this experience again and would recommend to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion.

    Oh my goodness we had the BEST. TIME!!! First time for me and my friend who was visiting from out of state. We also didn’t know there was going to be a Drag show during brunch which was PHENOMENAL!! Food was amazing. Drinks were top tier. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back♥️
