This is hands down my go to restaurant in Rome. The food is outstanding and the service is simply way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. The staff is phenomenal at making you feel "at home" and are extremely attentive to the smallest details. If you're in Rome and didn't check this place out, you're missing out.

We had an excellent dinner at Emme for my partners birthday. Quiet ambience, menu choice was brilliant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. Can recommend in particular the beef tartare

We went for our first night in Rome. Family of 9 adults. We had a birthday dinner for our son. Two of us have food allergies/intolerance and were accommodated very nicely. The host and server were exceptionally attentive and wine list short but excellent!! The food was fresh, authentic and unique. Not typical of touristic places. Loved it!!
