Nona Blue is a casual dining, full-service restaurant that provides the Lake Nona community with a from scratch kitchen coupled with a friendly and hospitable service staff. Often described as "food the way we like” by Owner Joe Davi. Information provided by Davi includes their Tuna is Pacific Ocean only, either Yellowfin or Bigeye depending on the season, a curated custom wet-aged beef program that ensures an outstanding product cooked to temperature on a 100% woodburning grill. Our restaurant provides an extensive menu of daily features. Other notables are house made salad dressings, sauces, soups, and desserts. Dining room centered bar provides 36 very comfortable bar seats that surround flat screen televisions for sports entertainment options, an outstanding bourbon and whiskey collection, unique craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list that has over one hundred options by the glass and the bottle. Nona Blue is a fun experience to be had by all.
