My wife liked to dip hers in olive oil. I like the whipped butter. They gave us both. Our server, Sarah was wonderful. Our mains were cacio e pepe a very simple traditional Italian dish, and my wife had an eggplant pasta dish. We both enjoyed them. We were stuffed, so no dessert.
