The 10 dishes served plus 2 more desserts were overwhelming in quantity but all done to a high standard - showing off their interpretations of many SEAsian dishes. Our faves were the roast dry aged Duck, triple cooked Angus short ribs, Chiuchow Raw & Marinated seafood Selection. The table service (largely by Caleb) was thoughtful and impeccable too.
