Kizaki is Chef Toshi Kizaki’s long-awaited solo Omakase, representing the pinnacle of his career and decades of influence in Denver’s culinary scene. After more than 40 years with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi, a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques.Kizaki offers Denver’s first authentic Edomae omakase, featuring approximately 20 courses including raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests may also enjoy a full bar with thoughtfully selected sake, wine, or curated pairings.The Omakase experience at the COUNTER or TABLE is $250 per guest, plus service fee and tax. The service fee applies to the Omakase only; additional sushi, beverages, and gratuity are not included.
