Ho cenato al ristorante La Volta e l'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. L'ambiente è elegante, raffinato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il servizio è impeccabile: numerosi camerieri, tutti estremamente professionali, discreti e cortesi, sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La cucina è di alto livello, con materie prime di qualità, piatti sofisticati e presentati con grande cura, senza rinunciare a porzioni generose e a sapori ben definiti. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini. L'intera struttura trasmette una sensazione di lusso discreto ("quiet luxury"): tutto è nuovo, armonioso e realizzato con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Persino i bagni sono raffinati e mantenuti con una cura che ricorda quella di un hotel di categoria lusso. È un ristorante che consiglio a chi apprezza l'eleganza, la qualità e un'atmosfera esclusiva. Il conto è certamente importante, ma pienamente giustificato dall'esperienza offerta. A mio avviso, vale assolutamente la pena.

It was too hot to sit outside, which is likely delightful. Inside felt fairly pedestrian. But here’s the thing: the Alici pizza made up for it. Everything about it, the thin flavorful crust, the perfect fresh cheese to divine sauce ratio, and the judicious choice of anchovy made it the favorite among many yummy things at our table.

From the moment we arrived at the restaurant the experience was wonderful. We were greeted and seated immediately. Mateo and the team were wonderful. The food was delicious. The starters, as well as the Sea bass were amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Top atmosfera ottima bella gente e servizio molto buono

Beautiful rooftop location across the Duomo you access through the Rinascente dept store. Food was excellent as well as the service. We went on a Sunday night and it was busy.
