wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant . Great ambiance , appropriately priced with very good service . Very tasty and well prepared food specially the pastas. Should have had the Tiramisu for dessert, instead had the cheese cake which was mediocre.

We were visiting New York on a quick business trip and wanted an authentic Italian meal while in town. A friend that had lived in New York year’s ago recommended Carmine’s. She went to the original restaurant back then. We took a chance and fell in love with the atmosphere, service, and just amazing quality of food. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional Italian restaurant that serves you like you are family!

Excellent food and service! Giorgio was very polite and attentive. We had a lovely dinner and will dine again at Empire. It is well managed and excellent dining experience at Empire. Thank you Giorgio and team.
