Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate in Woburn. Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park. In January 2014 Paris House was bought by the businesses’ award winning Executive Chef Phil Fanning. The restaurant is managed as a family business by Fanning and his wife Claire.The restaurant’s tasting menus are based around dishes constructed with natural flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce available. Each menu has been carefully created to showcase the ingredients and provide you with a memorable dining experience.

Our relaxed 2 rosette restaurant serves an abundance of locally sourced seasonal produce with an accessible wine list as well as an extensive bar menu. We have created a beautifully landscaped outside dining area with heating and lighting. The Fox also boasts 8 beautifully designed bedrooms adjoining the pub. 5 of our our bedrooms are also dog friendly. Lots of country walks are available. Great access to Knebworth House, Hatfield House, the market towns of Hitchin, Knebworth, Letchworth and Baldock.
