Perfect place to read a book while I ate my breakfast! Loved my match and the breakfast sandwich was perfect

We would go back again (this was our first visit). The food preparation and dining experience (ordering, food delivery, etc.) met or exceeded expectations for a "fine casual" restaurant. Wide selection of foods and wines. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend or out-of-towners.

This was my second time at 1928. My first experience was not good and I posted a review. This time, I had a complete opposite experience. Service was much much better. We were there for lunch and the menu was appetizing and all three of us enjoyed our meals. Very enjoyable time.

Great lunch experience! I come here regularly - the food is always delicious and the price points are reasonable - especially considering how expensive downtown has become. That being said, on this date I splurged on the scallop risotto lunch special and it was out of this world!! Incredibly delicious without being overwhelming in size or price ($32). Kudos to the chef - it was so worth it. And my guest also enjoyed the poke bowl, which is my normal go-to.
