Letra House is an underground restaurant and late-night wine bar, hidden beneath Palazzo Salato in Sydney’s CBD. The wine list is ever changing with over 50 bottles - all available by the glass - and a succinct selection of cocktails and vermouth.A Spanish-leaning menu of snacks, small plates and sharers is a reflection of the team’s time spent cooking and travelling around Spain and there's a focus on seasonal, sustainable and producer-led ingredients.Fast-paced and dynamic, you might expect to see tapas like raw scampi tostadas and Manchego custard-filled donuts with anchovies. There will always be a traditional Spanish tortilla, as well as a selection of jamón. Head Chef Brandon Jones’ socarrat with pippies and firefly squid is not to be missed, nor the house-made botifarra.Happy Hour runs from 4pm to 6pm, Mon to Sat.
