Carmines is the best kept secret in Italian dining in the Salt Lake City region! They are new to Open Table, so found them that way. Really tasty pasta and pizza served in a pleasant setting with trendy decor. Katie gave us wonderful, friendly service- all around great value. Too many times these days, we see pricing that does not feel in line with the food quality and overall dining experience. At Carmines, we felt the opposite- would have expected to pay more given the overall fine dining experience.

It was a pleasure to return to 350 Main on an energetic Friday night. The caesar salad had a nice twist of crispy capers and lemon zest. Followed that by their salmon dish and wild boar stew with pasta. Nice cozy, comfy flavors on this cold night to warm the soul. We didn't get dessert as that was enough food for us, perhaps next time. The service was very attentive and friendly.

Met a friend for a late dinner. The restaurant is comfortable and relaxed. Our server was really nice and gave us great recommendations. The size of the meals are large, so we split an appetizer and a salad. We still couldn’t finish it all. I definitely will go back and recommend it. One note: when I arrived their parking lot was full, so I used the underground hotel parking, which was largely empty and the gate was up. It is off season, so it worked out nicely for me.

Outstanding Park City Steakhouse. Service prompt and friendly. Steaks and sides perfectly presented. Live, acoustic music was the best I have ever experienced during dining.
