Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend reserving and arriving at least 10 mins beforehand (lot of traffic in there).

The food and the view and the service were outstanding, as always. I had the Diner Burger and it was excellent! My only complaint was the valet parking was swamped. Poor guys. I do, however, so appreciate this service as I am elderly and parking anywhere can be an issue for me.

Outstanding as always. Every dish is abundant with flavor, never boring, and always a feast for the senses. The wine list always impresses me with it's simplicity and value for the experience. Don't be put off by the attempt to be cheeky in it's offerings. These are serious bites that could stand tall next to it's sister restaurant's offerings. Service is always earnest, friendly, sincere and passionate. Thank you.

It’s a little noisy, but I like the noise they make. Soul food should be eaten with good music, after all. You can never go with the fried chicken, no matter how it served. Fried okra rocks, but isn’t served as a side only as a starter so plan your order around it. Our kids loved the waffles & staff treats us like family. Definitely our go to spot on Burnside.

Went for a birthday. We requested a window seat of the city and while we waited about 10 minutes, they allowed us to get drinks in the bar, which was a fun wait! The braised short rib was excellent, as always. Highly recommend that over the steak! Can’t wait to come again!!
