The food portions were just the right size, not too big or too small. I chose from the a la carte menu. The minestrone soup was excellent. the veal milanese with spaghetti and tomato sauce was very tasty. The tiramisu was a good size portion. We happened to be the only guests in the restaurant at the time, so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere, but for us that actually worked perfectly. We were looking for a quiet late lunch/early dinner before heading out later, so the calm setting suited us very well. In terms of value, the prices were about what I would expect given the cost of eating out nowadays.
