The Wagyu Bar (by Meat N' Bone) is not your typical steakhouse. Most steakhouses are all smoke and mirrors. Multi-million dollar build-outs, fancy service, wooden chairs but cheap meat. They shy away from disclosing beef programs and even beef grading. The Wagyu Bar is a casual steakhouse with a focus on the actual steak. No Smoke, No Mirrors, Just Meat N’ Bone. All of our beef is sourced from Meat N’ Bone, one of the world’s finest butchers.Our menu includes G1 Certified Beef, USDA Prime Dry Aged Beef and Wagyu of all grades: Wagyu-Angus, Domestic Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and Japanese Miyazaki-Gyu.
